Information, not a project agreement
The public pages introduce Cyber Barrie’s capabilities and approach. They are provided for general information and do not create a client relationship, statement of work, quote or guarantee.
Booking a conversation is an invitation to discuss fit and possible next steps; it does not commit either party to a project.
Scope belongs in writing
Service descriptions are general. The actual deliverables, responsibilities, schedule, fees, revisions, ownership, support and acceptance criteria for a project must be set out in a separate written proposal or agreement.
Search visibility, marketing performance and commercial outcomes depend on many factors outside one provider’s control. Nothing on this website guarantees a ranking, volume of leads, revenue result or specific business outcome.
Use the site without interfering with it
You may browse and share links to the public pages. You may not:
- attempt to disrupt, overload or bypass the website’s security;
- use automated access in a way that harms availability or other visitors;
- misrepresent Cyber Barrie’s content, services or relationship with you; or
- use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
Respect the work and its sources
Unless a page says otherwise, the website’s original text, design and brand materials belong to Cyber Barrie or are used with permission. You may view the site and share ordinary links to it, but you may not republish substantial portions, remove attribution or present the work as your own without permission.
Third-party names, marks, tools and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Other services set their own rules
The website may link to scheduling or other third-party services. Cyber Barrie does not control those services, their availability or their policies. Review their terms and privacy information before submitting details or relying on their content.
The site is provided as available
Cyber Barrie works to keep the website useful and accurate, but does not promise that every page will always be complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, use of the public website is at your own risk.
Nothing here excludes a right or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. Signed client agreements may contain different or more specific terms for the work they cover.
These terms can evolve with the site
Cyber Barrie may update these terms as the website changes. The date shown at the top identifies the latest published revision. For a question about these terms, begin through the current channel on the contact page.
